Madison Park Residence

This Madison Park home involved a four-phase remodel and was collaboration between the architect, homeowner and Bellan Construction.  In each phase, the homeowner added more modern elements to what started out as an architecturally traditional residence and is now a beautiful blend of the traditional with the modern.  The commercial grade windows open onto a patio area that blends modernity while keeping the traditional feel of the original home.  The kitchen is meant to be warm and inviting with cabinetry that is beautiful yet at the same time extremely functional.  The custom closet in the master bedroom is in keeping with the design of the room and the custom built master bed.
