Capitol Hill Restoration
When the owners of this home started their process for renovation, one of their primary goals was to insure the integrity of their beautiful brick style Capitol Hill home was retained. The kitchen was extremely small and not suited to the lifestyle of the family. The back side of the home was torn off and the addition of several hundred square feet provided a new kitchen, indoor/outdoor living space and general family gathering spot. The brick for the addition was sourced from local brick that had been demo’d from similar era homes and was expertly woven into the existing areas of the home for a seamless appearance. The homeowner knew exactly what she wanted in her kitchen and worked closely with sister company, Bellan Shopworks to realize her dream. This home was featured in the October 9th edition of the Seattle Times, Pacific NW Magazine.
